Role & responsibilities 1.Scope of job Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, encompassing materials, labor, and overhead & profit. Compare quotes from suppliers for materials and components. Participate in project meetings to contribute cost-related insights. 2.Years of experience required. 2-3 years experience in the Interior fit-out, woodworking, or joinery industry 3.Skills required . Knowledge of the Interior Fit out & Joinery Industry in a pre-contract/estimation. An understanding of CAD (ability to draw would be an advantage) Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities. Familiarity with bought-in sub-contract suppliers. The ability to work on multiple tenders and quotations at any one time. Reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations. An understanding of CAD (ability to draw would be an advantage) Good general IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. 4.Educational qualifications required - Arch / Diploma in Civil/Interior Design MS Office. / Autocad Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
