Total Experience: 7+ Years Relevant Experience: 7 Years in Informatica and TIBCO Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior ETL Developer with strong hands-on experience in Informatica and TIBCO . The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ETL design and development, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in working with distributed teams and knowledge of data warehousing principles is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and TIBCO . Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and loading. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that support business objectives. Work effectively within an onshore/offshore delivery model. Ensure best practices in ETL development, including performance tuning and data quality assurance. Apply dimensional data modeling concepts such as star and snowflake schemas using Kimball methodology. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with data governance policies. Mandatory Skills: 7+ years of experience in ETL development using Informatica Strong hands-on experience in TIBCO Proficient in SQL/PLSQL Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Good to Have: Experience with any BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Cognos) Exposure to Agile methodologies Familiarity with industry-standard ETL and data quality tools Work Environment: Opportunity to work in a diverse, collaborative, and fast-paced global team Exposure to enterprise-level projects with onshore-offshore delivery models
