ETP Operator/ Supervisor

Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. To check ETP water level & records. 2. To collect sample of each & Every stream & record. 3. To check of ETP and pH & reports & its records, 4. To check ETP under ground water it should be clear no foam type emulsion or water top side layer. 5. ETP worker should be fillip batch sheet with proper column & signature , treat effluent water & fillip proper timing on batch sheet, 6. To clean area each & every shift. 7. ETP worker keep maintain overhead water tank in each & every shift. 8. ETP worker to take reading each & every First shift worker & record. 9.ETP worker to collect sample each & every tank CO & collect it records & give to production manager. 10. ETP WORKFR need to treat water on daily basis as per asap so that MEE plant will not suffering from treat water. 11.ETP worker to check production people stream wise effluent collect or not. 12.ETP worker to check only general water comes to ETP or product stream water also come in ETP. 13. ETP worker to be treat water as per batch sheet & Treat water will not short for MEE plant. 14. ETP Worker should help to MMT plant if MSE worker will go longer leave & adjust shift for ETP priority treatment. 15. ETP worker should handover charge to has deliver then leave the shift. 16. ETP Worker should not 6e go to home till his reliver wilt not come on his duty. 17. To inform Production manager if require leave otherwise his leave will not sanction this responsibility will goes to ETP operator.
