Objective: Plan, coordinate, and execute unforgettable weddings, ensuring exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and seamless event execution. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Event Planning: 1. Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget. 2. Create customized wedding proposals, timelines, and budgets. 3. Coordinate venue selection, catering, dcor, entertainment, and logistics. 4. Research and recommend vendors (catering, photography, videography, etc.). Event Coordination: 1. Create and distribute timelines, floor plans, and event schedules. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve event-day issues. Event Execution: 1. Oversee event setup, ensuring attention to detail. 2. Manage event flow, timing, and transitions. 3. Ensure compliance with venue rules and regulations. 4. Handle last-minute requests or issues. Post-Event: 1. Evaluate event success and gather feedback. 2. Maintain client relationships and encourage referrals. Administrative Tasks: 1. Maintaining proper records of all the enquires and closures. 2. Keeping consolidated records of all the presentation on companies portal. Skills and Requirements: 1. Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 2. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. 3. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 4. Familiarity with canva, ppt, excel. Work Environment: 1. Office setting (planning and coordination) 2. On-site event management (wedding days)
