Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic Event Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing events of all scales, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including birthday parties, corporate events, and social functions. Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and provide creative solutions. Manage event logistics, including venue setup, décor, catering, entertainment, and technical requirements. Supervise on-ground event staff and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. Oversee event timelines and ensure all aspects are executed as per the plan. Handle on-the-spot challenges and provide quick resolutions during events. Prepare post-event reports, feedback forms, and documentation. Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure repeat business through excellent service. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience (internship or full-time) in event execution or similar roles is an advantage. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as per event schedules. Willingness to travel between event locations and office.
