Job Description - Event Manager Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Manager to plan, execute, and oversee both domestic and international events from start to finish. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, including event organizers, vendors, designers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of all event-related activities. This role requires strong project management skills, creativity, attention to detail, and financial acumen. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution: Plan and manage the execution of domestic and international events , ensuring smooth operations from pre-event planning to post-event reporting. Work closely with event organizers to finalize entitlements, ensuring maximum value for participation. Coordinate with vendors for booth setup, training villages, and other infrastructure requirements. Oversee branding, visuals, and video content in collaboration with graphic designers and creative agencies. Develop and present detailed event plans and PPTs to align internal teams on event objectives and activities. Handle employee registrations for conferences, workshops, and exhibitions, ensuring seamless coordination. On-Site Event Management: Oversee booth setup, branding placements, and last-minute execution needs at event venues. Ensure all marketing collaterals (brochures, giveaways, banners, etc.) are available and well-organized. Troubleshoot any on-site issues and manage event-related logistics efficiently. Post-Event Reporting & Financial Management: Prepare a comprehensive post-event report , including key takeaways, attendee feedback, and performance analysis. Create a detailed expense report , tracking all event-related costs, and work closely with the finance team for reconciliation. Analyse ROI and provide insights to improve future event planning and execution. Inventory & Logistics Management: Maintain a marketing collateral inventory , ensuring timely restocking and availability for upcoming events. Work with vendors and logistics teams to ensure smooth transportation of event materials. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or masters degree in marketing, Event Management, Business Administration , or a related field. 6-7 years of experience in managing corporate events, exhibitions, or conferences. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and event management tools . Budget management experience and ability to track expenses effectively. Willingness to travel internationally and domestically as per event requirements. Experience in medical devices is a plus.
