About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and responsible Event Manager to manage our online exam events across India. The role involves managing 12–15 Junior executives during each exam session, ensuring timely coordination with vendors, clients, and the internal management team. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage exam event logistics with field teams, vendors, and clients - Handle scheduling and time management of 12–15 team members - Ensure smooth execution of online examination events - Report daily progress to the Director and senior management - Foster team growth and ensure performance targets are met - Resolve on-ground issues promptly and professionally Key Skills Required: - Strong communication and coordination skills - Proven experience in team management - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Basic tech-savviness (Excel, communication tools, etc.) - Growth-oriented mindset and leadership qualities Eligibility: - Male & Female candidate's welcome - Candidates with experience in coordination, event management, or education
