We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Organizer to plan, coordinate, and execute events IN shopping Malls. As the Event Organizer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the event, from initial concept through to the final wrap-up and execute them in Shopping malls. . You will collaborate closely with Malls for taking permission of events and execution to ensure smooth and successful events. Plan, coordinate, and execute events in shopping malls. Develop event budgets and ensure events are executed within the shopping malls. Oversee event logistics, including transportation, catering, audio-visual equipment, and decor. Handle event registration, ticketing, and attendee communications. Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring all activities run smoothly in shopping malls. Troubleshoot any issues that arise before, during, or after the event in shopping malls. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees. Prepare post-event reports, including attendee feedback, budget analysis, and lessons learned. Requirements: Proven experience as an Event Organizer or in a similar role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a creative eye for designing events. Proficiency with event management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required. A passion for creating memorable experiences.
