We are looking for you!!!! Location: Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore Salary: 25k-50k Experience: 1+ years in event management in Bangalore tech parks and appartments. What You’ll Do: Plan & Execute Events – Organize brand activations, financial awareness camps, and promotional events in apartments and tech parks. Independently Manage Operations – Handle everything from venue coordination to logistics and setup without micromanagement. Drive Engagement & Lead Generation – Create event experiences that attract audiences and convert them into potential clients. Vendor & Budget Management – Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality events. On-Ground Brand Presence – Represent Tradejini in front of large audiences, ensuring impactful brand positioning. Networking & Partnerships – Build strong relationships with apartment associations, RWAs, and corporate HR teams to secure event opportunities. Track & Optimize Performance – Monitor event success, capture leads, and improve future events based on insights. Who We’re Looking For: Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience organizing events in apartments and tech parks in Bangalore. Self-Starter: Ability to execute events independently, taking full ownership from planning to execution. Results-Driven: Experience in driving audience engagement and lead generation through offline events. Strong Negotiator: Vendor management skills to optimize event costs and logistics. Relationship Builder: Established connections with apartment associations and corporate communities is a big plus.
