Event Production Manager

Job Description

The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for supervising all fabrication files and details, ensuring they are execution-ready with no errors. The role requires a deep understanding of events fabrication, technical knowledge, and market costs to support the design team in creating flawless designs. The primary focus will be on pre-production planning, cost evaluation, timeline management, and quality assurance, rather than on-ground event execution. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all production and print files to ensure accuracy and execution readiness. Identify and eliminate fabrication file errors before finalization. Collaborate with the design team to ensure all designs are feasible for execution. Develop and maintain cost sheets, ensuring a thorough understanding of market pricing. Create and manage timeline sheets for seamless execution planning. Liaise with vendors and fabricators to ensure quality and feasibility. Ensure all production processes align with industry standards and event requirements. Support the design and execution teams in troubleshooting fabrication-related challenges. Keep up-to-date with new fabrication techniques and materials to optimize production. Maintain a structured documentation process for production files and approvals. Qualifications & Experience: 2+ years of experience in production management within the events industry. Extensive knowledge of event fabrication techniques, print production, and material costs.
