Whizz HR is looking for EVENTS/ ACTIVATIONS Account Managers/ Client Servicing Specialist with knowledge. Events Client Servicing Job Description This involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event needs, and ensuring smooth event planning and execution. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage budgets and coordinate with vendors. Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Event Planning:Collaborate with internal teams to develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets. Vendor Coordination:Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for event services like catering, venue, and entertainment. Logistics Management:Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, AV setup, and catering. Client Communication:Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on event progress, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback. Budget Management:Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets. Problem-Solving:Address any issues or challenges that arise during the event planning or execution process. On-site Support:Provide support during events, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. Post-Event Reporting:Track and report on event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
