About the role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Business Intelligence Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in optimizing business operations, analysing data, and contributing to the development of actionable business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the company's decision-making capabilities through data-driven insights. You will be closely working with senior leadership team in the head office on various projects driving meaningful change in the organisation. Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Support:Conduct research to support business process improvements and operational strategies for implementation of special projects for the leadership.Assist the operations team with process optimization and efficiency improvements with the help of special projects and programs. Help with monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence in the special projects undertaken.2. Business Intelligence:Assist in the creation of dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with the BI team to develop data models and automated reports.Help identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in business operations.3.
