Roles & Responsibilities:Lead and manage electronic warfare signal processing projects, focusing on radar signal processing, SIGINT, and electronic intelligence (ELINT).Develop and implement advanced algorithms for detection, tracking, and classification of electronic signals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, and system engineers) to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.Oversee system integration, testing, and validation of signal processing solutions in real-world defense applications.Coordinate with military stakeholders and defense agencies to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions.Optimize and refine existing electronic warfare signal processing methodologies for improved performance.Ensure compliance with MIL-STD and defense-grade requirements in all project phases.Track project progress and report on milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.Desired Candidate Profile:5-10 years of experience in IT Project Management, Signal Processing, or Defense-related Projects.Ex-military candidates preferred, especially those with experience in Electronic Warfare (EW), SIGINT, or defense technology development.Proficiency in radar and electronic warfare signal processing techniques and tools.Strong knowledge of military communication systems, electronic countermeasures, and intelligence gathering.Experience with MATLAB, Python, C++, or similar programming languages for signal processing.Familiarity with real-time embedded systems and hardware/software integration for military applications.Ability to work in high-security environments and handle classified information as per defense industry norms.Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Masters or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science, or related field.Experience with defense contracts, MIL-STD compliance, and government R&D projects.Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications in electronic warfare.
