We're Hiring: Excel Expert with Material & Site Knowledge Position : Excel Specialist Job Type : Full-time Experience : Minimum 2 years preferred We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Excel Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel but also a solid understanding of materials management, vendor bill verification, quotation preparation, and basic site knowledge. Key Responsibilities : Create and maintain Excel reports and data sheets Verify and cross-check vendor bills with purchase orders and delivery notes Prepare and compare quotations from different vendors Track material inventory, usage, and availability Coordinate with site team for material requirements and updates Support procurement and admin teams with accurate documentation Requirements : Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Knowledge of construction/material items (basic level) Experience in checking and verifying vendor bills Good understanding of quotation comparison and cost analysis Familiarity with site operations and terminology Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications : Experience in interior design firm or manufacturing environment Knowledge of basic accounting or ERP software is a plus If you're a numbers-savvy professional with field knowledge and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!
