We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP systems to support the business processes and achieve organizational objectives. As an SAP Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business needs are met and SAP solutions are optimized for performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: SAP Implementation & Configuration: Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related modules. Work with business users to understand requirements, map them to SAP solutions, and implement accordingly. Conduct system testing, data migration, and user training for successful go-live. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP applications, including incident management and root cause analysis. Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates, patches, and enhancements. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure SAP applications meet organizational requirements and objectives. Work with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP). Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, system configurations, and training materials. Customization & Optimization: Customize SAP applications based on business needs and industry best practices. Continuously analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvements or optimizations using SAP tools. Project Management: Manage SAP-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget. Provide regular status reports to leadership on project progress, issues, and risks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. years of experience working with SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, etc.). Proven experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support. Strong knowledge of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, ECC, etc.) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Ability to understand and translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations. Knowledge of other technologies such as SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW, or cloud-based SAP solutions.
