Job Objective We are seeking a Infor ERP Technical Consultant to join our team, contributing to the customization, integration, and support of Infor ERP solutions. The role involves working on ERP systems from the Infor ERP family (e.g., M3, LN) to deliver technical solutions that align with business needs. This position is suitable for candidates with 1-5 years of experience in Infor ERP or those with a strong technical background in relevant areas. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are critical for success in this role. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience working with Infor ERP solutions (e.g., M3, LN) or similar ERP systems (preferred). Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and SQL. Familiarity with Web Services, REST APIs, JSON, and HTML. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities Participate in the implementation, customization, and enhancement of Infor ERP solutions, including systems such as M3, LN, and others in the Infor ERP family. Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions. Develop and maintain integrations using Web Services, REST APIs, and other middleware technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ERP systems, configurations, and customizations. Write, test, and debug code in various programming languages, including Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and SQL. Create and maintain technical documentation, such as design specifications, process workflows, and user guides. Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support. Stay updated on the latest Infor ERP developments and industry best practices to improve service delivery.
