Roles and Responsibilities - Conducting Market survey with interaction/visit to the Industry leading physicians. Planning a strategy to promote Company Brands and implementing the same. Providing training to the Sales Team personnel for the Brand promotion Strategy. Providing suitable technical inputs for developing promotional material like Visual Aid, Brochures, leaflets etc. Ensuring optimal expenses - within the budgetary allocations for the Brand promotion activity. Monitoring the ROI for the promotional campaign and initiating timely improvisations in the same, based on market inputs. Proactive participation in promotional events like CMEs, Seminars, Exhibitions etc. Required Candidate profile - BAMS or MD (Ayu) from a reputed Institute in India. PG Degree / Diploma in Marketing from a reputed Institute. Flair for pursuing a career in Pharmaceutical Marketing. Excellent communication in English and Hindi. Excellent presentation and convincing skills. Good knowledge of Ayurved concepts & Marketing tools. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Computers. Excellent knowledge of Ayurved concepts and Marketing tools.
