Job Title: Project Engineer and Interiors Execution Experience: 1 to 3 years Location: Hyderabad Salary: Up to 35,000 per month Job Summary: The Project Engineer Interiors Execution is responsible for overseeing and managing interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and coordination with various stakeholders. The role involves supervising on-site activities, material procurement, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring progress aligns with the project schedule. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow. Interpret and execute interior design drawings and specifications with precision. Ensure timely availability of materials and resources to avoid delays. Monitor site progress and resolve any technical or operational issues. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure high-quality workmanship by conducting regular site inspections and quality checks. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and industry best practices. Enforce health and safety regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment. Address and rectify any defects or deviations from approved designs. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports. Budget & Cost Control: Assist in monitoring project costs and ensuring work is executed within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in interior execution, fit-out, or construction projects. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications. Familiarity with project management tools and software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
