The professional will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that new accounts are opened efficiently and accurately. Process new account opening requests and ensure that all required documentation and information is obtained Verify customer identities and perform necessary due diligence to comply with regulatory requirements Communicate with customers to obtain missing information or resolve issues related to account opening Respond to customer inquiries related to account opening and provide excellent customer service Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in initiatives to streamline account opening processes Experience in account opening, customer service, or a related field Strong understanding of account opening procedures and regulatory requirements
