Job Title: Executive Accountant Company: Kanak Creations Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–2 years preferred Salary: As per industry standards About Kanak Creations Kanak Creations is a leading jewellery design house based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, known for crafting unique, original pieces for B2B clients across India. With a focus on quality, creativity, and timely delivery, we cater to wholesalers, export houses, and retailers, helping them bring beautiful jewellery to their customers. Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, and support internal reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing or trading environment and must be proficient in Excel. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record all transactions and maintain ledgers Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments Support month-end and year-end closings, including financial statements Generate internal reports and assist with budgeting and forecasts 2. Inventory & Costing: Maintain labour accounts and inventory stock on excel Maintain accurate records of raw material and finished goods inventory Support product costing and track material consumption Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for stock and billing accuracy 3. Reporting & Support: Track receivables, follow up on dues, and manage vendor payments Prepare financial summaries for monthly and annual review Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience Experience in a jewellery, manufacturing, or trading company preferred Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting Strong understanding of mathematics and accounting principles to ensure accurate calculations and reporting.
