Bookkeeping & Accounts, Banking & MIS, Cash flows, receivable & Vendor payments, Petty cash, "Key Responsibilities: Account Reconciliation: Prepare and maintain accurate reconciliations for general ledger accounts, ensuring that all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved. Bookkeeping: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as recording transactions, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining financial records. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure that financial data is accurate and complies with applicable standards and regulations. Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations. Support the preparation of tax-related documents and filings. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and report on cash flow, ensuring that sufficient funds are available for day-to-day operations. Prepare cash flow projections and assist in managing payments and receipts. Audit Support: Prepare documents and reports required for internal and external audits. Ensure that all financial records and documents are organized and compliant with audit requirements. Expense Tracking: Maintain records of company expenses, ensuring that all expenditures are properly documented and accounted for in the financial system. Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing and controlling costs, ensuring budget compliance and recommending cost-saving initiatives where applicable. Financial Analysis: Provide support in analyzing financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to help management make informed decisions. Banking Operations: Handle banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank account reconciliation. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments and receipts.
