Proven experience of a min of 5+ yrs as anExecutive Assistant to C-Level suite with Global experience. Working experience in global companies, handlingsenior leadership in a global company set up. Excellent calendar management skills across timezones. Manage both domestic and international travelarrangements for the Leadership Team (including but not limited to visaarrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings etc.) Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in adynamic workplace. Ability to effectively deal with a broad rangeof contacts and personalities \u2013 internal and external. High level of integrity required for handlingsensitive and confidential information. Exceptional organizational, administrative, andinterpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks withminimal guidance and extremely thorough with a high level of attention to detailand quality; timely follow up. Strong written and verbal communicationskills. Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel,PowerPoint and Outlook. Manage office Administrative Support: Manage office supplies inventory and placeorders as needed. Coordinate office activities, meetings, andevents. Operations Management: Ensure the office environment is clean, safe,and functional. Liaise with vendors, service providers, andbuilding management.
