Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Support Executive at Magnum Group in Bhopal. The Chat Support Executive will be responsible for providing chat support services, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
