Job Description

Handling all three products i.e. AI, AE, SI. Daily work planning, schedule and tracking for the customers. Tracking internal track sheet of products. Tracking Airline website tracking for planned movements for timely arrival. Trouble shooting, resolving customer complaints within 24 hours to 48 hours & maintain records. Acknowledging/responding clients within 4 hours on working days/hours. Send routing / AOG instructions to overseas as per clients bookings and rate sold i.e. Shipper and Consignee (both). Sharing day to day information over emails and tele conversation. Depending on product sharing HAWB & HBL drafts with customers for approval. Following up with other stations for All India Key accounts i.e. if client is based in Delhi NCR, we are monitoring/following up arrivals in other cities as well. Preparing manual DSR’s for Northern and consolidating All India DSR for some key clients based in Norther region. Also following up on DTD movements DAP, DDU movements. Coordinate with Transportation team for pick up or delivery of goods. Coordinate with Warehouse to confirm receipt of cargo in good condition. Following up internally for formal quotations with sales coordinators. Uploading quotations in our internal tool i.e. SIPA for invoicing. Quoting existing clients for winning business. Sharing pre-alerts with customer (Depending on product & customer i.e. Air Export Pre-alerts are with product till they get automated) & updating IGM & arrival details. Coordinating with CHA for pickup of D.O’s or delivery at airport. Liaise with OPS for timely D.O. release in cases of delays reported by customer /broker. Follow with customer on phone & email for uncollected D.O. & keep OPS advised. Close coordination with the ops team on the release of documents. Accountable for Key accounts wherein their software’s are to be updated by Customer Service. In case of deductions or payments pending, supporting sales and finance in writing one email as well as one telecom to know status of dues. Managing AOG 24x7 Desk & ATOL updation to maintain the TAT & KPI Flexible for rotational shift during weekends & on holidays as well.
