Title: Executive Assistant (to Sr. Management) Location: Sohna Road, Gurugram, HY. Job Responsibilities - * Manage scheduling for the concerned person. * Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the concerned person. * Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings. * Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the concerned person. * Prioritize emails and respond when necessary. * Coordinate travel arrangements. * Maintain various records and documents for the concerned person. Skills & Qualification Required - * Any graduate, with at least 6 months of work experience (or, have done internships and understands work culture). * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Time-management skills. * Ability to pay attention to detail. * Organization skills. * Ability to multitask.
