Executive Assistant Business Development Location: Bangalore Experience: Minimum 3 years About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant Business Development to support our daily operations and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in handling business outreach through social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. This role requires someone who can streamline daily tasks, manage client interactions, and optimize scheduling for efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Communication Client Outreach Proactively engage with potential clients on Instagram and LinkedIn to generate leads. Conduct cold calls to filter high-potential clients and schedule follow-ups. Draft and send outreach messages, emails, and proposals to potential partners. Daily Task Calendar Management Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Manage and optimize the calendar, ensuring timely follow-ups, meetings, and calls. Organize and track important tasks, deadlines, and priorities. Business Development Coordination Research and identify potential business opportunities. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies. Prepare reports and updates on outreach performance and lead conversion. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in business development or executive assistance. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Experience in client outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other professional platforms. Comfortable with cold calling and filtering potential leads. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools, scheduling software, and communication platforms.
