Job Description

Roles and responsibilities: Manage and maintain calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international travel. Act as point of contact between the executive and internal / external stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Organize and coordinate meetings including meeting minutes and follow-ups Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Liaise with internal team and external partners to ensure seamless communication. Qualification & experience: Bachelors degree. 4-6 years of relevant experience. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Be available outside regular office hours and on weekends as needed.
