Job Overview: We are seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with experience in the Real Estate sector . The ideal candidate should be skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word , have excellent communication skills , and be a fast typist . You will be responsible for managing coordination with the team, maintaining records, and providing day-to-day support to the senior management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day operations and team coordination Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations Maintain data using Excel and Google Sheets Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams Draft emails, reports, and correspondence Manage scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups Handle confidential information with discretion Support real estate documentation and back-end processes Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets Strong communication and coordination skills Fast and accurate typing speed Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Zirakpur, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
