Role & responsibilities; Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential areas of growth. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Client and Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and long-term collaboration. Revenue and Profit Growth: Identify new revenue streams and business channels to drive profitability. Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business development initiatives Negotiations & Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation and structuring of contracts, partnerships, and strategic alliances. Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, finance, and operations, to ensure business development goals are met.
