Experience: 2 years in Sales/BD/B2B Field job 26 days Key Accountabilities: Territory Management: Effectively managing and expanding the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities within the Gems & Jewellery sector. Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with gem cutters, jewellers, gem dealers, and other industry stakeholders to ensure repeat business. Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of lab testing services and the Gems & Jewellery industry to effectively communicate benefits to clients. Sales Pitch: Delivering compelling sales pitch and demonstrations to potential clients in the Gems & Jewellery industry. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with Gems & Jewellery clients. Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market research specific to the Gems & Jewellery industry. Compliance and Ethics: Adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all interactions within the Gems & Jewellery sector. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and sales targets.
