The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing brand visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, market trends, and client engagement to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in marketing and branding. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing campaigns. Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships. Manage and optimize digital marketing and branding initiatives. Negotiate contracts and close business deals. Prepare reports on business performance, market trends, and revenue growth. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketing, and branding. Strong knowledge of branding strategies, digital marketing, and market research. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns. Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
