Job Description

This role supports the channel strategy creates partnerships, initiatives to achieve volume and revenue through channels. Provides day-to-day support to channel partner, negotiates pricing and other initiatives to drive growth. JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing Channel Partners/Franchisee (Sales, Collection, Operational Escalations, Network Expansion, Branding/Promotions) Identifying Prospecting Clients for new business development Generating and Developing Potential Clients for the region Maturing Channel Partners' customer leads Increasing Channel Partners Numbers to meet monthly target Maintaining healthy & cordial relationships with the internal customers for expanding business & resolving the queries & complaints for high customer satisfaction Competitor analysis based on their product and service offerings SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Relevant Experience: 4-5 years experience in Channel/franchise Business Development in Logistics Industry. Should be confident and comfortable to take up an Individual Contributors role.
