The Hospital Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital. This role ensures the seamless delivery of healthcare services by coordinating various departments, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and smooth functioning of all hospital departments. Staff Coordination: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. Resource Management: Monitor and manage hospital resources, including medical supplies, equipment, and infrastructure maintenance. Patient Experience: Ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service quality, and implementing best practices. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure hospital compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards. Vendor and Facility Management: Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain hospital infrastructure and services. Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to ensure operational efficiency. Quality Assurance: Implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain hospital standards and improve healthcare service delivery. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and oversee emergency response plans and hospital safety protocols. Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain records, analyze hospital performance metrics, and generate reports for management. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 2+ years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of hospital procedures, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in hospital management systems and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with hospital accreditation processes (e.g., NABH, JCI). Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
