Job Description

Responsibility -Seek critical information from Customers to understand the requirement on laid out parameters via an outbound calling -Call School, Parents,tutors & Coaching Institutes to seek critical information on laid out parameters -Help Customers over call, email & chat to enable tools for Web presence & efficient admissions management - Proven experience as a Outbound calling Executive or relevant role -Search the Internet to Find Information about Coaching Institutes, Tutors & Tuition seekers - Entering the information in CRM. - Liasoning and maintaining relationship with internal and external customers. - Coordination between the customer and in house counselling team. Requirements -Excellent Communication Skills, Good Telephonic skills and etiquette -Atleast 2 years of Experience in working in similar role. Freshers are welcome - Quick Learner - Zeal to Learn and Perform - Flair to calling as the job involves extensive calling. - BPO / Customer service experience shall be an added advantage. - Spoken English & any of the vernacular languages-Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Marathi is mandatory Logistics 1. The profile involves working from the office. 2. The job locations is Bangalore 3. The candidate should have a functional laptop along with the mobile phone to be used for official work. The SIM card shall be issued by the company. 4. The Role is Regular weekdays from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.
