Job Description

Customer care executives analyze customer purchasing habits, returns, and complaints to make adjustments to their customer care strategy as necessary. They also analyze the communication cycle between their employees and customers using client relationship management. Candidate having experience in electrical electronics Background preferable for Handling defense base customer Full job description Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner. Aware Provide product information, answer questions, and resolve complaints or issues. Assist customers with account management, billing, and technical support inquiries. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products account problems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for further resolution. Work with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Quality, rejection, Payment Related Query. Order Management: process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details and follow up to ensure timely delivery. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex issues. Able to handle pressure Work Load Ability to analyze data and generate actionable in skills build strategy accordingly like billing, Customer Delivery Date Extension, Late Delivery. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Managing daily operations: Overseeing the customer support department s day-to-day functions. Handling escalations: Responding to escalated customer support issues. Implementing processes: Developing and revising customer support policies to enhance customer satisfaction. Training and development: Informing the team about new products, procedures, and trends, and overseeing ongoing training efforts. Problem-solving skills: Well-developed arbitration skills and the ability to remain impartial. Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision.
