Responsible for Planning, Organizing and in Co-ordination with logistics team ensure smooth dispatch of Poultry hatching egg from cool room to hatcheries across the country. According to Hatcheries requirement have to plan dispatch of Hatching Eggs, considering few factors like Flock, age, route, vehicles, Cool room Capacity at Farm, Lay date, Setting date, Transit days destination & mode of transportation weather rail/road Co-ordinate and inform well in advance about farm dispatch schedule on daily basics with farm supervisors, transport department & Hatchery Team. To maintain Farm level Hatching Egg Cook Room and focus on farm level packing & loading. Coordinate with farm level staff for packing & picking the Hatching Egg. Need to ensure FIFO. To do surprise audit at farm on need basics Based on the HE schedule plan & indent to SCM department for packing materials such as carton box, raping tap. Plastic tray and crates monitoring and follow up Responsible for Dispatch MIS Any Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience Preferred Should possess good knowledge in MS office, office tools Spoken Hindi is an added advantage Contact : 93456 31265 / shakthivel@sugunafoods.com
