About the Role: JIMS Kalkaji is looking for a dynamic and well-connected professional to lead its Placement and Industry Relations function. As the Director – Industry Relations & Placements , you will build powerful employer partnerships, guide students through their career journeys, and align institutional goals with market expectations. Your leadership will shape not just outcomes, but the reputation of JIMS Kalkaji as a future-focused, industry-integrated business school . Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end placement process and coordinate with top companies. Build strategic relationships with HR leaders and recruiters across sectors. Support students through mock interviews, resume workshops, and skill-building. Represent the institute at job fairs, summits, and corporate events. Track placement data, industry trends, and ensure curriculum alignment with hiring needs. Develop and manage strong relationships with alumni to foster mentorship, recruitment opportunities, and industry linkages. What We’re Looking For: 3–6 years experience in campus placements, recruitment, or employer relations. Strong corporate network in tech, BFSI, consulting, FMCG, and startups. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. Prior experience in education or EdTech is a plus.
