Job Title: Executive - Branding and Communication Job Summary: The Branding and Communication Executive will be responsible for implementing branding strategies and communication plans to enhance the organizations identity and visibility. This role involves managing internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the university’s branding guidelines across all platforms, and fostering engagement through effective storytelling and marketing content. Key Responsibilities: 1. External Communication Collaborate with external agencies to design and produce high-quality marketing collateral. Maintain and execute a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and strategic dissemination of content. Regularly benchmark industry trends and insights to refine and strengthen the brand strategy. Oversee the creation and dissemination of social media posts, nurturing emailers, and promotional campaigns. 2. Internal Communications Ensure all branding and communication materials adhere to the university’s guidelines to maintain consistency. Act as the coordinator for communication across internal departments to develop impactful marketing collateral. Manage the creation and distribution of internal newsletters, website updates, mailers, and event calendars. 3. Collaterals Oversee the planning, development, and distribution of engaging and creative content across platforms. Ensure delivery of high-quality brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional material. 4. Website Management Maintain and manage website banners, sections, and featured content. Curate and showcase student portfolios to highlight achievements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, communication, or a similar role Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software for social media, content creation, and email campaigns. Familiarity with website management platforms and design tools. Ability to identify and adapt to current marketing trends and insights. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
