Job Summary: The Executive - Founder s Office will work closely with the Founder/CEO to support their strategic, operational, and administrative needs. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, handle confidential matters with discretion, and help drive initiatives that are essential for the Founder s vision and goals. Responsibilities Strategic Support: Assist the Founder with day-to-day operations and decision-making. Monitor and track progress of various projects and initiatives on behalf of the Founder. Help in preparing and executing strategic business plans, presentations, and reports for key stakeholders. Project Management: Lead and manage key internal and external projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Serve as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Assist in the execution of special projects that may require collaboration with multiple teams or external partners. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication. Act as the point of contact for critical matters, screening and directing inquiries as needed. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism. Be a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing feedback, insights, and solutions to key challenges. Location & commitments Employment type : Full-time, Internship Location : Navi Mumbai Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays Candidate requirements Experience : 7-10 years of experience in a fast-paced executive assistant, operations, or management role, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial environment. Skills : Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels. Education qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent Graduation)
