Role Purpose To support and maintain the organizations HRIS applications Success Factors. To support and deliver Recruitment of Band 8 and 9 Candidates. Principal Accountabilities & Key Activities Working with stakeholdersto gather and analyse manpower requirements and drive a plan to source and recruit Workers, Team Leaders, Analysts and FTAs. Establish rapport with external community to build a pool of candidates. Maintenance of Employee records on Success Factors. Timely employee record creation and termination of records in Success Factors. Maintain the HRIS system and Generate HRIS reports. Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Education, Qualifications and Experience Education MBA, MHRM, MSW Experience: 1-3 years Knowledge and understanding of: Proficiency in English. Knowledge of HR Software or any other software. Experience in Data Entry Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel Familiarity with HR policies and procedures Ability to keep nformation confidential
