Job Description

Role & responsibilities Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Work with hiring managers for entire TA process Ensure JDs are in place for all roles across various functions Partners with TA partners, oversees governance process. Maintains/ improves recruitment TAT Offer roll outs Employee Engagement Employee Connect sessions on regular basis Address employee grievances. Conducting exit interviews of resigned employees to understand reasons for separation. Extending support to the Corporate HR in other activities: - Confirmations, Transfers etc - Training & Development - Employee Engagement - Employer Branding - Imprint Sessions - Annual Appraisal Exercise / PMS - MIS LOCATION : Bandra Kurla Complex
