Job Title: Executive - Inside Sales Band: 1 Reports to: General Manager Sales (CSM) L ocation: Gurgaon Function: Commercial The Executive-Inside Sales is responsible for managing outbound and inbound communications to drive sales growth, generate leads, and support the field sales team. This role plays a crucial part in reactivating inactive clients, qualifying leads, and expanding the customer base in the dynamic logistics sector in India. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Outbound and Inbound Call Management Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce logistics services and explore business opportunities. Handle inbound inquiries from businesses, providing detailed information about services and resolving their queries. Maintain customer focus in all interactions to build strong relationships. Lead Generation along with Marketing Identify and source potential B2B clients through research, databases, and online platforms along with Marketing. Create and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to ensure consistent sales opportunities. Utilize creative strategies to target decision-makers within organizations. Client Reactivation Proactively reach out to inactive or "dead" clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. Address past issues or concerns to rebuild trust and reinstate business relationships. Contact BGMs to learn more about customer existing selling strategies Support to Field Sales Team Collaborate with the field sales team by sharing qualified leads and client insights. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and coordinating follow-ups. Act as a liaison between the client and field sales representatives to ensure smooth communication. Lead Qualification Assess and qualify leads based on Segmentation, business requirements, potential, and alignment with logistics solutions. Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the CRM / Salesforce system. Prioritize high-potential leads and route them to the appropriate sales channels/Verticals. Maintain up to date knowledge of MOVIN products and services to generate sales solutions that meet customer needs SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Experience in generating new and repeat sales by providing services and technical information. Experience in conduction customer and competitive analysis. Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. Good listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). Relevant Experience: 13 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation, preferably in the logistics or B2B sector. Excellent negotiations and communication skill.
