Time keeping at site, daily labour accounting and report, Payroll coordination . Handling the Time Office and Wages administration of labour category. Good Knowledge on all Acts under the labour law i.e BOCW, Contract Labour Act, Bonus, ESIC, PF. Experience in PF & ESIC contribution & challan generation. Experience in auditing labour law compliance.. Experience in Sub-Contractor labour compliances under various labour laws & Documentation process for Construction Projects.
