Executive - Maintenance

Job Description

Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) checks and adjustments. Maintain detailed records of all preventive maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Perform repairs or coordinate repairs to restore equipment to full functionality. Document breakdowns and repairs to improve future maintenance processes. Oversee general maintenance of the building, ensuring a safe and clean working environment. Monitor and maintain utilities (electricity, plumbing, HVAC systems) to ensure they are operational. Handle emergency repairs as required. Adhere to all safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance tasks are compliant with company policies and local regulations. Report potential hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate parties. Monitor and maintain stock levels of necessary tools, parts, and equipment. Order and track spare parts to ensure availability for routine and emergency repairs. Work closely with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve maintenance issues promptly. Provide feedback on areas for improvement regarding equipment reliability or maintenance processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance best practices and processes. Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
