Role & responsibilities Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions. Researching and analyzing sales options. Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information & guidance. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors. Preparing various type of MIS report (Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly) of all marketing related activities, also generating and analyzing MIS reports for the clients if required. Generate revenues by driving business operations. Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for Market Share. Travel extensively as per Co requirements. Preferred candidate profile Education - Minimum Graduate. Knowledge of local language must. Experience- 7-10 years' experience in Polymers (PVC/TPE Compound)/Medical Devices Industry. Skills- Presentation Skills, Client-relationships, Meeting sales goals, Emphasizing Excellence, Sales planning, Motivation for sales, Negotiation, Commercial Knowledge. Other characteristics such as personal characteristics-Leadership, skills, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills. Candidate should have 2/4 wheeler driving knowledge and possess valid driving license. Reporting to- Business Head.
