Job Description

As our Executive - MIS, you will play a crucial role in driving both customer success and sales administration functions. Reporting to the Directors of Business Growth, you will collaborate closely with the business development team, customer success team, finance team, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data management through our management information system (MIS). Roles and Responsibilities : Data Management and Analysis : Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database and sales MIS system. Acquire, clean, and organize extensive datasets from various sources. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation processes. Reporting and Insights : Generate regular reports on customer success and sales performance, trends, and key metrics. Provide actionable insights that contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and sales growth. Create and manage dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process enhancement within customer success and sales administration. Implement solutions that optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration : Foster positive relationships with business development, customer success, and finance teams. Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive initiatives forward. Compliance and SOP Development : Ensure adherence to customer success, sales administration policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations. Industry Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights that inform strategic decisions in customer success strategies and product development. Desired Candidate Profile : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, sales administration, or MIS roles. Hands-on experience in data analytics and proficiency in advanced Excel. Expertise in Tableau or similar visualization tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the education domain is advantageous.
