Office Executive (Marine Sector Preferred | Delhi NCR) Location: Sector 138, Noida, Delhi NCR CTC: ₹4.8 LPA (Negotiable for senior candidates) Experience: Minimum 2–3 years Octobotics Tech , a fast-growing NDT robotics company serving the marine, oil & gas, and industrial sectors, is looking for a reliable and proactive Office Executive . This role is ideal for someone who can manage office operations, support HR activities, and coordinate logistics—ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Management Handle daily administrative tasks including paperwork, document filing, and overall office organization. Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage reorders as needed. Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements for technical deployments. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate room bookings. Manage front-desk operations and greet visitors, clients, and team members professionally. Oversee office housekeeping and ensure cleanliness and upkeep at all times. Supervise housekeeping staff and handle vendor coordination for facility maintenance. Communication & Coordination Provide professional communication via phone and email with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Assist technical and project teams with logistics and administrative support during deployments. Coordinate with courier services, travel agencies, and facility vendors. HR & Hiring Support Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate communication. Maintain employee attendance records and support payroll coordination. Liaise with external HR consultants as needed. Contribute to a positive office culture through organized support and collaboration. Accounts Assistance Assist the accounts team with invoice submissions, basic bookkeeping tasks, and vendor coordination. Follow up on payments and documentation related to purchases and reimbursements. Liaise with external CA/accounting firms for monthly entries and compliance. GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace) – Limited Scope Assist with product/service listing and basic documentation on the GeM portal. Support internal teams in preparing bid documentation and tracking submissions. Candidate Requirements Mandatory Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or BCom preferred). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in office administration or similar roles. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Experience in marine services, shipping companies, or manning agencies . Familiarity with HR processes or hiring support activities. Candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Delhi NCR region are preferred.
