The HR Operations Specialist (Executive People Function) at CaratLane will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks. This role will support on-roll employees, focusing on insurance, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and reporting while collaborating closely with external & internal stakeholders such as Finance, IT, and People Function teams. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Induction Employee Data Management Insurance Operations & Management Employee Support & Employee Relation Internal & External Audit Management HR letters Management Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR systems and database management. Strong understanding of compliance requirements under CLRA, Shops and Establishments Act, and other applicable labor laws. Excellent communication, MS Offic,e and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0-1years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processes is preferred. Familiarity with Darwin Box and other HRMS Tools is a plus.
