The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet organizational needs. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, conduct interviews, and negotiate job offers. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting talentKnowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring processesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team membersExperience in using recruitment software and toolsOrganizational skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldCertifications in Recruitment or HR Management are a plus
