Submission of Air Freight details to TRJ monthly. Monitoring of advance license availability and apply for new whenever required. Conducting meeting for Advance license review Follow up with JDFGT. Follow up for Bank Realization certificate from accounts Closure of bond and bank guarantee from customs. Monitoring advance license debit details. Monthly EL Report follow up from overseas suppliers. Import Parts follow up with all import suppliers. Import, Follow up, Check list approval.
